Pomfret dish with sweet sour sauce and other vegetable as garnishing

1 pomfret fish (medium size)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 onions (1 clove sliced, 1 clove blended)
2 cloves garlic - blended
10mm ginger - blended
10 dried chilies - blended
1 stalk lemon grass - blended
Thinly sliced carrots lengthwise
Red chilies cut diagonally
Diced cucumber for garnish
Smear turmeric powder, salt and cornstarch mix with water all over the fish.
Fry fish, put aside after fish turn golden yellow.
Use frying oil (5 tablespoons), sauté blended ingredients, chili and carrots. Stir until fragrant and well blended.
Put the chili sauce, plum sauce and tomato sauce. Once blended, add onions, cubed cucumber and tomato. Let it boiled.
Lay fish in a dish pan and pour the cooked sauce.
Ready to serve with rice.
