Combine the crushed cereals (cereal and corn meal) in one bowl. Crush the cereals with rolling pin or in a cuisinart. Combine the egg and milk in another bowl. Combine the flour, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper and salt in another bowl. Dip the chicken filet into the dry mix, then into the egg mix, and then coat with the cereal crumbs.
Using a bit of oil on a skillet. Saute both sides of the chicken for 1-2 min on each side until the chicken starts to brown. Preheat the oven to 375F. Place the chicken on a baking sheet in the oven for 15 min.
