Ingredients:
400g bean sprouts - cleaned
30g thread fin/kurau salt fish - soaked in water for 10 mins and cubed into smaller pieces
1 packet brown firm taufu - sliced
5 garlic - chopped
1 red chilly - remove seeds and sliced thinly
2 stalks spring onions - sliced into 1 inch length
3 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Preparation:
When oil is heated, fry the salt fish pieces till brown and crunchy.
Remove and keep aside.
In the same oil, saute the garlic for a couple of minutes.
Goes in all of the ingredients including the fried salt fish.
Very quickly give a couple of stirs before removing from heat.
