Cheese cake ricotta e mascarpone




Ingredients:

- 100 gr wafer biscuits
- 25 gr butter room temerature
- 500 gr ricotta
- 250 mascarpone
- 100 gr sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 Tsp of vanilla
- jam and fruit to decorate

Preparation:

Step 1: Combine biscuits and butter in a mix and press onto bottom of a springform pam. Put in fridge.

Step 2: Mix ricotta and mascarpone sugar and vanilla till creamy, then add egg and pour the dough over crust.

Step 3: Bake in oven at 180°C for 50-60 min. When the cake is cool decorate with jam and fruits, use bluberry jam and fresh red and white berries.
