  • Bloom the gelatin with 1 tbsp water.
  • Put bloomed gelatin and the jello together with 1 cup hot boiling water.
  • Stir until dissolved. Repeat the above process for the lime jello.
  • Dissolve condensed milk with 1/2 cup boiling water. Bloom 1 packet of gelatin with 2 tbsp of water.
  • Put bloomed gelatin and the dissolved condensed milk together with another 1/4 cup of hot boiling water, stir until gelatin is dissolved.
  • Spoon the colored mixture by layer into moulds of your choice.
