Ingredients: (A); 250g Butter (Cold); 180g Sugar; 5 Egg yolks; (B) - mix together; 2tbsp Orange rind; 2tbsp Orange juice; 1tsp Orange flavor (optional); 250g Non fat unsweetened yogurt; 100-120g Dried Cranberry; (C) - sieve; 250g Plain flour; 2tsp Baking powder; (D); 5 Egg whites; 40g Sugar; 1/4 tea spoon Cream of tartar

(A)
250g Butter (Cold)
180g Sugar
5 Egg yolks
(B) - mix together
2tbsp Orange rind
2tbsp Orange juice
1tsp Orange flavor (optional)
250g Non fat unsweetened yogurt
100-120g Dried Cranberry
(C) - sieve
250g Plain flour
2tsp Baking powder
(D)
5 Egg whites
40g Sugar
1/4 tea spoon Cream of tartar

Cook time25 min

Preheat oven at 150 deg C. Cream butter & sugar till light & fluffy.
Add in egg yolks & mix well. Add in (B).
At min speed, add (C) and mix well, set aside.
Whisk egg white till foamy, then add in sugar & cream of tartar, continue to whisk till stiff.
Fold in half of the meringue into the butter mixture and mix well. Then pour it into the balance meringue & continue to fold well.
Pour into a 9" round (side & bottom line w/paper) and bake for 1 hour till cooked.
