Ingredients:
ridge gourd peel (actually we used to throw) about 100 grams.
tomato 4 to 5 medium size.
green chilli 4 to five
cumin 1/4 tea spoon.
garic 4 cloves
corrinder bunch
curry leaves 5 to 6
salt to taste.

Preparation:
take peel of ridge gourd wash it and stir littel on pan by addin g one teaspoon oil, as its water everoperate cut the tomatoes add on pan gren chilli and garlic as tomatoees soft, take out from pan keep cool on room temperature and grind it with whole ingridents ..........
the n give little talimpu wiwth curry leaves........ tasty chutni is ready..........
