The gfcf recipe experience: honey white bread


- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 2 cups GF all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup potato starch flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca starch/flour
- 1 Tbsp xanthan gum
- 2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast


Place all the ingredients into the bread machine in the order listed. Set your machine for the "basic bread" or "white bread" setting. When baking ends, immediately remove from the machine to the cooling rack. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and allow to cool to room temperature.
