- In a blender, place the rolled oats and blend until you achieve a powder.
 - Add peanut butter, apple purée, and water, then blend everything until you have a dough.
 
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Using a teaspoon, scoop some dough, roll it between your hands, and place the balls on a parchment-lined baking tray.
Repeat the process until all the dough is used. Once all the balls are spaced out on the tray, flatten them with a fork, creating a grid pattern.
Bake for about 10 minutes.
Observations
You can add chocolate chunks and a splash of vanilla extract to the dough for extra flavor!
