  • French crepe batter with Pastis - Preparation step 1Mix eggs with sugar. Then add the Pastis, vanilla extract and milk and mix well.
  • French crepe batter with Pastis - Preparation step 2Add the flour little by little. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Mix again before use.
  • French crepe batter with Pastis - Preparation step 3Heat a pancake pan and using a paper towel soaked in oil or melted butter, grease the pan. Pour half a ladle of batter.
