Ingredients:
For Cooking Beans:
Kidney Beans-1 cup
Onion- ½ cup chopped
Garlic-5 cloves chopped
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Salt to taste
For Frying Beans:
Butter-1 tblspn
Oil-1 tblspn
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Garlic-3 cloves crushed
Onion-1 finely chopped
Paprika-1 tsp
Oregano-1 tsp
Red chilli flakes-1 tsp
Salt to taste

Preparation:
Soak kidney beans for 4 hours.Drain it and put this in pressure cooker along with salt,onion,garlic,cumin seeds and water...Cook till the beans get mushy.Drain the beans and put it in a mixer and pulse it till it gets mushy.
Heat butter and oil in a frying pan..Add cumin seeds,garlic and fry for 30 sec.
Add in onions and fry till golden.
Add in paprika,oregano,red chilli flakes and mix well.
Add in the mashed beans and mix well..Fry this for 5 min.Season with salt..
Serve this with tortillas or any mexican dish.
