Ingredients:Chicken Breast-2
Egg-1
Milk- ½ cup
Bread crumbs-1 cup
Parmesan cheese-1/2 cup
Butter-2 tblspn
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Preparation:Take the chicken and wipe it dry with a paper towel..Cover it with plastic wrap and pound it with a rolling pin so that it gets even thickness.
Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Mix egg with milk and keep this in a shallow bowl.
Mix breadcrumbs,cheese,salt and pepper in a plate and set this aside.
Heat a frying pan with butter...
Now take the chicken and dip it in egg first and then in breadcrumbs.
Put this in hot pan and cook on each side for 7-8 mins on a slow flame or until the chicken is cooked and the coating is crispy and golden.
Remove this and serve it with any dish..
