INGREDIENTS Pomegranate Seeds Feta Cheese 2 Lebanese cucumbers (sliced or diced) 1/3 cup mint leaves, roughly chopped Sprinkle Sumac 1 TBS red wine vinegar 3 TBS extra-virgin Kosher salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS STEP 1: Remove seeds from Pomegranates (I buy my Pomegranates with the seeds already removed because it not as messy and less time consuming. You can find this at National Food store in Westmount. They sell a nice variety of already cut up fruits. STEP 2: Combine Pomegranate seeds, feta, cucumber and Sumac in a large bowl. STEP 3: Drizzle oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Salt, Pepper and Mint on top of the salad. Toss the salad to combine all of the above ingredients.
