Goat Cheese Candy - Video Recipe !
Crunch for these candy with a smooth goat cheese core, a perfect texture match for a successful dinner !
Preparation

Cut the goat cheese into 12 pieces, and put them in the freezer ( it will avoid the cheese to melt to fast during baking).

Apply some melted butter on a filo pastry sheet, then stick another one on it. Do the same with the two remaining sheets.

Cut both doubled sheets in 6, and put the pieces under a wet towel so it won't dry.

Take a piece, apply melted butter on it, then put a piece of goat cheese and sprinkle with the Herbes de provence.

Roll the sheet around the cheese, pinch the extremities and tie them with the twine.

Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C / 356°F.
