Heat the pan and add grated coconut along with sugar.First saute the coconut and then add sugar.
The sugar start melting.Stir continuously.
The sugar gets absorbed by the coconut.At that time add semolina and stir well.
Add raisins to it and gently fold it.
In a tin/mould/a plate,grease with ghee and pour the mixture to it.
The mixture is set remain to room temperature.Grease your hands with water and make balls from it.
Take the balls and cool for 2 hours in refrigerator.
Serve by coating with chocolate sauce/icing sugar.
