Ingredients:
2 cups cooked white Basmati rice
1 cup thick coconut milk
pinch of salt
Palm sugar/gula Melaka (as needed)
cubed fresh mangoes (as needed)

Preparation:
Combine the rice, milk and sugar together. Microwave for about 4-5 Min's.
Remove and press into a mold, either one big or smaller molds.
Let it set in the fridge.
Boil the palm sugar with some water to obtain a thick syrup.
Once the rice is set, place of a serving plate, drizzle the syrup on top and surround it with the cubed mangoes before serving.
