Ingredients:

24 small pieces of biscuit Marie Regal
2 packs of white gelatin
1 can sweetened condensed milk white
600 ml of water
50 g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
250 g strawberries
350 g melon
600 g pineapple

VLA:
100 ml of sweetened condensed milk white
400 ml of water
20 g custard powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp melon syrup
essences rum (if desired)
Preparation:

Step 1: Discard stems and leaves of strawberries and put in juicer. Puree and take the juice.
Do the same thing on the melon and pineapple.

Step 2: Cook water, milk, gelatin, salt until boiling and gelatin dissolves, stirring constantly. Lift.
