  • Mix all the wet ingredients and the sugar in a bowl with a whisk. In another bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients. Add the wet mixture to the dry and mix well.
  • Bake in a greased and floured pan in a preheated oven at 325 F, for 45 - 50 minutes. The baked cake will look light brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle will come out clean.
  • Cool the cake in the pan, then remove to a plate. Mix all the frosting ingredients with a mixer. Only add the milk if your frosting is too thick. Once cake is completely cooled, add frosting on top and then sprinkle with a bit of cinnamon.
