Superlicious moist chocolate cake
Super Yummy Cake. You can use this recipe to make cupcakes, birthday cakes or even chocolate fondue.

1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup canola oil
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup HOT coffee
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cups Hersheys unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups cake flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 180 to 200 degrees.Grease and flour the 9x9 inch square baking tin
Combine all dry ingredients except sugar in a bowl
Combine sugar and oil in mixer
Add eggs one at a time
Add in slowly milk, coffee and vanilla extract.
Add combined dry ingredients in portions at low speed.
Add sour cream and stir to combine.
Pour batter into baking tin.
Bake for 40 minutes and set aside to cool down
