Banana chocolate cake - extra moist!
Are overripe bananas about to go bad in your fruit bowl? Use them to make this deliciously moist cake. And for even more indulgence, nothing beats chocolate chips :-) An incredibly easy recipe that, thanks to the ripe bananas, will allow you to reduce the added sugar!

- Preheat your oven to 370°F (190°C). Mash the bananas with a fork and set aside.
 - In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, salt). In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture lightens. Add the milk and melted butter, then mix.
 - Combine the wet mixture with the dry mixture until you achieve a smooth texture. Add the mashed bananas and mix.
 - Chop the chocolate bar roughly to create chocolate chips. Incorporate them into the mixture.
 - Grease and flour a loaf pan, pour in the batter, and bake for 40 minutes.
And there you have it, all you need is a cup of tea, coffee, or hot chocolate to enjoy with your dessert!
