Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 to 200 degrees.Grease and flour the 9x9 inch square baking tin
Step 2: Combine all dry ingredients except sugar in a bowl
Step 3: Combine sugar and oil in mixer
Step 4: Add eggs one at a time
Step 5: Add in slowly milk, coffee and vanilla extract.
Step 6: Add combined dry ingredients in portions at low speed.
Step 7: Add sour cream and stir to combine.
Pour batter into baking tin.
Bake for 40 minutes and set aside to cool down
