Ingredients:
1/2 packet (about 200g) mee hoon -blanched to soften
400g Chinese cabbage - sliced into medium size pieces
3 tbsp anchovies/ikan bilis - soaked in water for 20 mins and drained
6 red chillies - sliced thinly
6 garlic - chopped
3 eggs - scrambled
2 stalks spring onion - sliced thinly
5 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Preparation:
When oil is heated, fry the anchovies till brown and crunchy.
Add garlic in and continue to stir for a couple of mins (3-4mins)
Put in the mee hoon and continue to fry, stirring inside the anchovies and garlic.
After this, add all of the other ingredients.
Stir in very quickly to blend all of it before removing from heat.
