Step 1: Saute steak tips in 1 teaspoon olive oil for about 3-4 minutes on high heat.
Step 2: Add garlic, saute about 1 minute longer. Add cola and deglaze pan (stir around and remove browned bits) .
Step 3: Add tomato paste, rosemary sprigs and salt and pepper, stir.
Step 4: Bake in the oven, covered for 45 minutes to an hour.
Step 5: Serve with mashed potatoes (the steak tips will make a fabulous sauce/gravy) and a steamed veggie.
