Step 1: Sort through the beans, rinse them and place in a large pot with just enough water to cover them. Bring to boil, drain then fill again with water halfway up the side of pot.
Step 2: Add in the onion, salami, optional smoked meat and vegeta. Bring to boil, reduce heat then simmer for about 2 hours or until beans are tender.
Step 3: Check for seasoning, adding salt if needed. In a small pan place the oil and flour and cook, stirring, over medium heat until flour starts to cook then keep cooking for about 1 minute.
Step 4: Add the garlic and paprika, mix through and stir for about 30 seconds then add to Grah. Cook Grah for another 10 minutes. Serve in bowls with bread.
