Ingredients:
For the burger
180g minced chicken meat
coriander leaves (as needed) - sliced thinly
spring onions (as neeeded) - sliced thinly
4 garlic - chopped
1 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp olive oil
slices of wholemeal bread (tear into pieces)
salt and pepper to taste
For The Salad (or any other veges and the quantity as you prefer)
Salad leaves
cucumber slices
shredded cabbage
sliced tomatoes

Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients for the burger together except the bread and shape mixture into patties.
Heat grill and drizzle olive oil inside.
Grill the patties on both sides until cooked.
Once done, grill the the bread pieces until crispy and crunchy.
Serve both with the salad and your choice of sauces.
