Step 1: Saute the onion in a drop of olive oil and vinegar until golden.
Step 2: Add the capsicum and fry some more. Add finely cut tomato, water and bring to a boil. Add the cabbage and close lid to cook.
Step 3: Sprinkle salt and pepper as minimum as possible.
Step 4: Cook some more until an awesome aroma arises.
Step 5: Keep stirring, add as much water you need. Have it piping hot.
Step 6: Add a little red chilli sauce if you desire. Add carrots too.
