Ingredients:
Fish-10 pieces(preferably boneless)
Onion-1 sliced thinly
Green chilli-3 slited
Ginger-1 inch piece sliced
Garlic-3 sliced
Curry leaves-few
Tomato-2 chopped
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves-for garnishing
Thin coconut milk-2 cup
Thick coconut milk-1 cup
Coconut oil-2 tblspn
Salt to taste
Sugar-1 tsp

Preparation:
Marinate the fish pieces in Salt and Tumeric and set aside.
In a earthern pot or a normal kadai heat a tblspn of oil,Add onion,Green chilli,Ginger,garlic,curryleaves and saute for about 3 min.
Add in the thin coconut milk and season with salt and sugar.Let it come to a boil.
After it boils,add in the fish pieces and cover the pot and let it cook till the fish is tender.
Add in the tomatoes and let it cook for 2 min.
Now add in the thick extract of coconut milk, bring back to boil once and Switch off the flame.
Add a tblspn of coconut oil and Cover the pot for 5 more min.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and Serve Hot with Steamed Rice.
