  • Heat oil in a wok, do the seasoning. Now add finely sliced onions,garlic paste and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add turmeric powder and stir for a minute.
  • Add mashed potatoes , green chillies , salt for taste, water for cooking and cook till the required consistency is obtained.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
