Ingredients:
400g Kurau/Threadfin fish - cut into chunk or bite pieces
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp fennel powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp turmeric/kunyit powder
1 tbsp grounded/blended ginger
1 tsp grounded/blended garlic
1 tsp fish curry powder
1 tsp plain chilly powder
2 tbsp lemon/lime juice
1 tsp brown sugar
3 sprigs curry leaves
salt to taste
oil for frying

Preparation:
Add all the ingredients except oil into the fish.
Combine in to coat the fish all over thoroughly.
Leave it in the fridge to marinate for bout 1-2 hours.
Bring out and deep fry the fish pieces.
Once drained, serve immediately.
