Ingredients:200gm beef sliced thinly
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
01 lime - squeeze out the juice
1 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves of garlic - chopped
1 lemon grass - chopped finely
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 medium size onion - sliced
chilly - sliced (I used 02)
Some dried chillies (optional if you want it spicy)
1/2 teaspoon chilly powder
For garnishing :
Spring Onions chopped
Preparation:step 1
Marinate beef for 15 minutes with
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
01 lime - squeeze out the juice
1 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper

Add garlic and lemon grass in hot wok and stir fry it for approximately 2 minutes.

Add onion and marinated beef. Cook for about 1 minute before adding turmeric powder, sugar, soy sauce and fish sauce.
Mix the ingredients well and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes (If it becomes too dry add a bit of water.)

Remove from pan and garnish with chopped spring onions.
Serve with white rice.
