Step 1: Marinate beef for 15 minutes with
1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
01 lime - squeeze out the juice
1 teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
Step 2: Add garlic and lemon grass in hot wok and stir fry it for approximately 2 minutes.
Step 3: Add onion and marinated beef. Cook for about 1 minute before adding turmeric powder, sugar, soy sauce and fish sauce.
Mix the ingredients well and stir fry for another 2-3 minutes (If it becomes too dry add a bit of water.)
Step 4: Remove from pan and garnish with chopped spring onions.
Serve with white rice.
