Ingredients:
Cilantro / Coriander leaves-1 bunch
Olive oil- ¼ cup
Garlic-1 small clove
Parmesan-1/2 cup grated
Almonds / Badam-15 blanched
Onion- ¼ chopped
Salt to taste

Preparation:
To blanch almonds,Put almonds in hot water for 15 mins...After that take it press it...the peel comes of right away..
In a blender add cilantro,garlic,onion salt and pulse it for few times..
Add in almonds,cheese and pulse it till almonds gets broked up..
Add in olive oil in a steady stream with the blender on till it gets mixed in and everything looks blended well..
Tip this into a bowl and add in some more oil in this..Mix well ...
Store this in fridge for upto a week..You could use this for making pizza,pasta and many more...
