- In a vessel take sugar and just enough water to immerse it. Boil it until you get soft ball consistency.
- Now switch off the flame and start adding the rice flour little by little mixing it thoroughly.
- When the entire flour is absorbed, it will be in dosa batter consistency.
- Once that is achieved, leave it alone for a while. Then roll the dough into small balls, press them in between two plastic sheets to make it flat.
- Now deep fry the pressed dough in oil. Turn it once and fry until it turns light golden color on both the sides.
