- Cake mold (11 inches diameter)

- Preheat your oven on grill mode to 350°F. Put the brown sugar in a greased mold. Bake 5 min until the sugar melts.
- Clean appricots and cut them in halves. Remove the pits and put them in the mold.
- Mix the eggs + sugar + vanilla sugar.
- Add flour + baking powder + salt + almond meal and mix well. Add melted butter and mix.
- Pour the batter on top of the apricots.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
- Let cool and unmold. There you are, your apricot cake is ready !
