Chicken lollipops - 10 to 12 nos Garlic paste - 1 tsp Ginger paste - 1 tsp Salt to taste Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp Sugar - 1/4 tsp Soy sauce - 1/4 tsp Red chilli paste - 2 tbsp Corn flour - 1 and 1/2 tbsp Maida - 1 tbsp Egg - 1 Oil for deep frying
Take a deep bowl and put the chicken lollipops in it. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper powder, sugar, soy sauce and red chilli paste. Mix well and keep aside for about an hour.
After an hour, add corn flour, maida and egg into the marinated chicken lollipops. Mix well.
Heat oil in a deep non stick pan and put the lollipops one by one in the hot oil. Make sure that the oil is not smoking hot because if it is so, the chicken lollipops will get good colour, but the chicken wont be cooked properly.
Once it is ready, remove it into a tissue paper and serve hot. It can be served as a snack too. Kids would love it.
