Ingredients:
4-6 bunches of collard greens( washed and dried
1/2 of red bell pepper
1/2 of green bell pepper
1/2 of yellow bell pepper
1/2 of a onion
1 package smoked pork bones or 2 smoked turkey legs
1 TBSP-minced garlic in a jar
1 TBSP-chopped jalapeno in a jar
1/4 cup-sugar
1 to 2 TBSP-vinegar
*vegetable oil
*seasonings to taste

Preparation:
1. Boil the meat until tender, set aside.( You may need to add more water during this proccess, do not drain)
2. Heat oil over medium high, saute bell peppers and onion until they start to become tender.
3. Start add the greens as they to cook down add more.
4. Once all the greens are in the pot, add seasonings, jalapeno, garlic, sugar, and vinegar.
5. Continue cooking for 45minutes to 1 hour or until tender. ENJOY!!!
