- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 eggs, seperated
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar


Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350°F.Sift flour and baking powder in bowl; set aside.

Step 2:

In a another large bowl, beat egg white and cream of tartar until meringue-like but not stiff.

Step 3:

Gradually add sugar while beating. Then, add vanilla and vegetable oil.

Step 4:

Add egg yolks one at a time and continue beating.

Step 5:

Line muffin pans with paper cups and pour mixture about 2/3 full.

Step 6:

Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Finished when toothpick comes out clean. (Note: My mamon took a while to brown…about 20 minutes.

What do you do with the flour

And ALL you nipple-heads who said you made this are retards

the recipe says sift the flour and baking powder in a bowl and put it aside. it never says incorporate it or use it.

some people take the short bus to school, but some are so fucking stoopid they aren't even allowed on it they have to walkl behind it.
