  • Preheat oven to 200C. Mix ingredients A together in a bowl and leave aside.
  • Lay the mussels in rows on a baking tray lined with aluminium foil.
  • Sprinkle salt and cayenne pepper on the mussels.
  • Scoop a heaped teaspoon of mixture A on each mussel.
  • Cover each mussel with grated cheese and garnish with the chopped dills.
  • Repeat this process on all the mussels.
  • Baked in the oven for 8 minutes or till the cheese has soften .
  • You can serve these as starters.
