- Boil cannelloni in salted water for 8/10 minutes or according to packet´s instructions. Reserve. Turn on the oven at 160 ºC.
- Finely chop 1/2 onion to a pan. Add the olive oil, a clove of garlic (with peel) and let it fry for 3 minutes in low temperature.
- Add the bacon and mushrooms and fry for 5 more minutes or until bacon is well cooked. If you use ham instead of bacon fry it only for a couple minutes.
- Add cannelloni and mix everything well. Season with black pepper at taste (optional).
- Put cannelloni mixture in a Pyrex or other oven tray. Add milk cream (one small packet), grated cheese and sprinkle with dry oregano.
- Cook cannelloni in the oven for, at least, 15 minutes or until mozzarella cheese has melted and turned golden.
