3 tbsp gelatin powder - Sprinkle into a small cup with 1/4 cup water, stir to dissolve.
1 cup water
1 cup thick coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar (or as preferred)
1 medium size mangoes - remove skin and cubed.
Step 1 Simmer water and sugar till heated through.
Stir in coconut milk.
Continue to stir for 3-4 mins.
Strain mixture and pour into moulds.
If you like it to be chilled, place in the fridge.
Once set, remove from mould and serve with mango cubes.
