Puff pastry tart with jerusalem artichokes

Clean the Jerusalem artichokes, peel them, and wash them again. Slice them into not-too-thick pieces.
Unroll your puff pastry sheet and prick it with a fork. Arrange the slices of Jerusalem artichoke on top, leaving about a 1 cm margin around the pastry.
Cut the mozzarella into slices and place them on the Jerusalem artichokes. Sprinkle with dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
And there you have it, your Jerusalem artichoke tart is ready!
