Ingredients

400 ml blood orange juice
700 ml lemon soda
50 ml red fruit coulis
50 ml grenadine syrup
1/2 lemon juice
15 drops red food dye
10 pitted lychees
10 blueberries

Preparation

Place a blueberry in a lychee and repeat the operation with all the lychees to create the eyes.
Pour the blood orange juice, the lemon soda, the red fruit coulis into a large bowl.
Add grenadine, lemon juice, red food dye. Add lychee eyes. Mix well.
Your cocktail to share is ready! Pour the mixture into cocktail glasses.
You can decorate them beforehand with red fruit coulis in the bottom of the glass and a lychee eye on top. And There you go !
