Ingredients:
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup barbecue sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
4 leaves romaine lettuce, washed and dried
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup french fried onions
4 medium sized wraps or flour tortillas

Preparation:
Poach, grill or saute chicken until cooked through; shred or cut into thin slices. In a medium bowl, stir barbecue sauce into chicken and mix well. Spread equal amounts of ranch dressing down center of each wrap; top with lettuce. Divide chicken equally among wraps. Top with equal amounts of french fried onions and cheddar cheese. Folding tortillas in at sides (so wraps will not be open at ends), roll up tightly. If desired, cut wraps in half to serve.
