Ingredients:

Orecchiette pasta
-Roast Cherry tomatoes -35-45 minutes (olive oil and kosher salt)
-Roast 1-2 Garlic heads- Until garlic is soft and carmelized
- drizzle white wine
-Lemon juice
-crushed fresh basil
-Green Onion
-grated pecorino cheese

Pineapple Wrapped in Bacon
Recipe

1 whole Pineapple (cut into triangles)
Bacon
Brown Sugar

Coat the Pineapple and Bacon with a small amount of brown sugar for grilling

Aly's Blackberry Dressing
-Crushed Blackberries (I usually crush these into the salad with my hands...you can do the same with raspberries!
-honey
-grape seed oil
-red wine vinegar
- 1 -2 tbs chicken stock
Feta
-grainy mustard
red onion
spinach leaves
kosher salt and pepper

Marinated Flank Steak
recipe
1 cup Pineapple juice
1 cup Salsa Verde
sprinkle Lesters Steak Spice
5 cloves Minced Garlic
1/2 cup red wine
1tsp Black Pepper
Kosher salt/Black Pepper
   Preparation:

The colors used in making this pasta are natural, and use spinach green, squid ink black or hot pepper red.,, all together they offer a nice array of colors into one package of pasta. Orrechiette cooks for 12-15 minutes.
