Ingredients:
500g chicken (cut into bite sizes)
1 tbsp grounded/blended ginger
1 tbsp grounded/blended garlic
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Chinese wine
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp worcheshire sauce
2 tbsp plain chilly powder (or as you prefer)
1 large onion (sliced into smaller pieces)
2 sprigs curry leaves
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste

Preparation:
Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients except onion and curry leaves.
Put back in the fridge and marinate overnight, if not at least 4-5 hours.
Heat oil and when oil is heated, put in the chicken pieces.
Once the chicken is cooked and soaked in a thick gravy, add the onions and curry leaves.
Continue to stir for another 4-5 mins before removing from heat.
