- Cook the elbow macaroni during 9 minutes in salted boiling water. Melt the butter in a pan, then add all the flour at once in the pan and whisk.
- Add the milk gradually while whisking. It should thicken. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Remove from heat and add the cheese. Stir well.
- Add the cooked macaroni and stir well.
- Pour the preparation in a greased mold and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20 min at 350°F (180°C).
- There you are,your mac and cheese is ready !
