Spice things up in the kitchen with this exotic chicken recipe. A few ingredients, and you'll get a refined dish, with some aphrodisiac virtues ;)

- Cut the chicken into pieces. Add the crushed garlic clove and ginger.
- Then, slice the lemongrass stalk and add it to the mix. Add soy sauce, mix well and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Put the rice noodles in a bowl and cover with boiling water. In a pan, heat some oil, and sauté the chicken and marinade in it.
- Once the chicken is cooked, add the chopped cilantro, stir and take out of the heat. Strain the rice noodles.
- There you are, your lemongrass and ginger chicken is ready!
