- Grind 1 onion and 2 tomatoes to smooth paste.
- In a wok, heat oil and stir fry finely chopped onion till it becomes golden brown.
- Now add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for a min. Add chilly powder and give a stir.
- Add the ground paste and saute for 5 min. Add whole mushrooms and saute for a min.
- Now add thin coconut milk, green chillies slit lengthwise, and salt for taste. Cover and cook till its done. Serve hot with Rice, roti, chappathi.
