  • Clean and cut the chicken in medium size pieces , pat dry.
  • In a bowl combine mango pulp, corn flour,Soy sauce, fish sauce, chili sauce, ginger -garlic paste and salt, to make a paste.
  • Marinate chicken pieces in this paste and keep aside for 15 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry this chicken pieces, until it is cooked through.
  • Drain on paper towels, garnish with chopped onions and scallions.
