- Salsa
- Corn
- Kidney Beans
- Cheddar cheese

- 1/4 cup organic sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/4 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter or coconut peanut butter
- Optional: 1/4 cup shredded coconut

Pillow Pizza:
- 2 tubes refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits/tube)
- 1 pound hamburger
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 3-4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional ingredients:
- Green Peppers
- Turkey Pepperoni

Step 1: Homemade Pizza Dough:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease pizza pan. Mix bisquick and water set aside. Pat out bisquick in pan. Bake for 5 - 10 minutes (until golden brown) let cool before adding toppings.

Toppings :
Add whatever you like this is what we had on hand. Cook for 10 - 12 Minutes until cheese is melted. Let sit for a few minutes and serve up!

Step 2: cookies:
Combine sugar, cocoa, coconut oil and milk in a saucepan. On medium heat, bring to a boil. Once mixture has reached a rolling boil, boil for exactly 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and oatmeal. Also stir in shredded coconut if using. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper. Let cool for at least 30 minutes (place in refrigerator after cooled at room temperature for faster firming). The cookies will become more firm as they sit longer.

Step 3: Pillow Pizza:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Place them in the bottom of a lightly greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.
