Caesar salad dressing



Ingredients:

- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 dash freshly ground black pepper

Preparation:

Step 1: Combine all ingredients and whisk until completely blended.
