Ingredients

• 10 oz shrimp
• 2 Tbsp soy sauce
• 1 lemon juice
• 1 tsp ginger powder
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 broccoli
• 3 carrots
• 1 zucchini
• 1 red bell pepper
• 2 Tbsp sesame oil
• 3 shallots
• 1 Tbsp corn starch
• 2 Tbsp nuoc mam
• 3/4 cup water

To decorate :

• fried onions
• fresh cilantro
• sesame seeds

Materials

• A wok

Preparation

• Mix peeled shrimps + soy sauce + lemon juice + ginger + chopped garlic + pepper. Wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes. Wash and cut the vegetables.
• Pour the sesame oil in the wok. When it's hot, add the shrimp mix ans stir.
  
• Remove the shrimps and add the shallots, the second chopped garlic clove and ginger powder and stir a few minutes.
• Add the bell pepper + carrots + zucchinis + broccolis and cook for 3 - 5 minutes. Add the cooked shrimps.
  
• Mix corn starch with nuoc mam sauce. Add water and mix again. Pour this mix in the wok and cook until you have a syrupy sauce.
• There you are, your wok is ready : add some fried onions, sesame seeds and fresh cilantro. Eat this wok with noodles or rice.
