Pako Salad

This one healthy dish that I prepared from Pako (an edible fern). The soft stalks and leaves were selected and cut then washed thoroughly  in clean water. In a pot boil about 2 cups of water, then blanched the cleaned pako for just 30 seconds to be crispy and still green in color. Drain and set aside. In a separate plate, combined onion rings, chopped tomatoes, ginger slices, vinegar and salt. Add the pako and mix together the ingredients. A good side dish for lunch or dinner.I liked it!
